MP3 to Lower MP3 Quality Error

Hi, guys i'm trying to convert some of my full CD Quality MP3s from 320 to VBR 192 but at the end of every mp3 to mp3 conversion i get an error code. Using version 13.1 on Vista x64 w SP1 and all updates.
