I had a bad crash and had to install everything again. I downloaded my dbpoweramp but now I only have 30 days on my metadata account. I did the retrieval but it did not have anything about the metadata. How do I get back my time on the metadata? Thanks in advance.

I've also lost my amg access and I had purchased about 30 days ago, Oct 31. When I use the registration retrieval, I only get download links for R13.1, CD Writer 3, and Batch Ripper. No link for AMG.

I'll followup to clarify that mine was an upgrade from r12 to r13.1 in case that affect why

Yes, upgrades do have AMG. Your R12 order number might still work if under the year.Comment
