    Replacement Registration

I may not be posting this in the correct thread. I downloaded the "free" software for the dbpoweramp on 8/1/2006 and paid the $14. for the Power Pack & MP3 Encoder license. Early this year my PC went down, and I had to reload everything. I could not find my Order Confirmation at the time, and went to the same site that I had downloaded from previously for a new download. I have not bothered to try to download the remaining Power Pack, but now I have need for it. I have found the Order Confirmation with my Order Number, but cannot figure out how to download the license and software again.

Re-issue registered version of dBpowerAMP can be downloaded from this page:

(clicking the above link from your email program might not open the link, copy and paste it into the title bar).

Enter your Order reference / receipt number when asked, a download link is then presented. Lost your order number? visit the above link to lookup.

      Re: Replacement Registration

I too bought the Power Pack & Mp3 Encoder back in June of 2005. I just bought a new computer and just downloaded the purchased product.

It is not the same product that I had before.

I went to convert a Mp3 to a Wave file and the option of converting a MPEG layer 3
24 kBit/s 11,025 Hz Stereo that I was used to converting to is not an option. I tried 16Bit but sounds awful.

Can someone tell me what to set this different product on to get the same quality and size that I had before this different product was downloaded?

I never played around with it before because I was happy with what I got on those setting so don't know what to set it on. Matter-of-fact it doesn't give the option of a 24kBit/s as before!

I am a tad upset. I bought what I bought!

        Re: Replacement Registration

You are referring to WAVE ACM codecs installed on the system. dBpoweramp has never been supplied with WAVE ACM codecs, it just uses what is on the system.

            Re: Replacement Registration

I've just downloaded and reinstalled the registered version of 13.1, but when I go to the configure menu it still shows up as a trial version. I've totally removed the original program because I read in the posts that was a way to fix the Core Converter error I was getting.

How do I get to show my version as "registered"?
