MP3 set lowpass manually?

Does anyone know if it's possible to customize dMC so that you can use a slider to set the lowpass when encoding an mp3?

I'm able to do this with ogg b
y editing the encoder.txt file.

You would have to create your own 'lame' encoder using the CLI Encoder and pass the command line you want.
