    Registration Retrieval Problems

I've been using the registration retrieval tool using email address edited as I've lost my Order #. But now the retrieval tool refuses to accept this address as valid. Please help.

I would not post your email address:

Spammers can automatically read web forum pages and send you spam,

If your email does not bring up your order number, perhaps a different email address was used, or it is miss-spelt when the order was made.

Thank you for your reply. That email address can no longer be used as an email address as I have changed ISP. There was not a mispelling when I registered as the retrieval tool has recognised that address before. That's why I am puzzled. I know I used that email address.

I am still having the same problem please can you help. I've double checked in case of misspellings but none are recognised.

I know I used that email address as that was the only address I had at the time.

Our database only stores Order Number and email addresses, this lessens the security risk of having addresses and credit card numbers on a database waiting for a hacker to try his luck. By design the data stored is minimal.
