Lost Powerpack Reg

After 4 years and some change, I switched machines and one of the things I forgot to make sure I got off the old one was my Power Pack Registration for dMC.

Is there anyway to get this back? I have lost access to all the e-mail from the time I registered, but should still have access to the e-mail address--I just don't know which one it was.
