Codec Installers For R11

Are the FLAC and mp3 codec installers for R11 available.

I am installing a registered version of R11, but don't have the old codec installer files. The codec files available for download all require R12 or later.

mp3 is always included in the main install, for FLAC see legacy codec central (link in main codec central).
