Calling MusicConverter.exe from other programs?

Hello,

I'm still trying to figure out how I can use other programs (such as Helium Music Manager) to select some files and send them to the MusicConverter.exe GUI. I imagine I just need to do whatever the Windows Explorer "Convert To" Context Menu does.

I figured out how to use the command line, but it seems rather tedious.. unless someone has the syntax for me. I'm just trying to convert FLAC to Apple Lossless for an iPod.

Some help would be great!

It is not designed to be called because if you had say 1000 files it would have to be called 1000 times.
