    How can i transfer mp3 to wma in command line?

    hello

    someone can tell me how can i transfer Mp3 file to WMA in command line .

    i tried to many time to run coreconverter.exe . wave to mp3 can work well . but mp3 to wma seems can't work . can someone answer me plz . thanks .
