no receipt for payment, no download link on upgrade

Hi Spoon, I used paypal to transfer money for an upgrade to the R13 power pack using the link on the registration retrieval page ($16 US) and received a confirmation email from paypal but no order number email.

retrieving my password for my user doesn't result in an email from the purchase basket page.

I have an account, and I can retrieve my original power pack purchase, but thats it.

I have a paypal unique order number I can PM you or email.
