Problems accessing meta data portion of purchase

I purchased dBpoweramp Music Converter R13.1 (Registered), costing $24 today and on installation I do not have access to the internet meta data portion of the program I should have a year with this new purchase, How do I go about activating the meta data portion of my purchase

Do note there is a separate exe you have to run to activate your PerfectMeta access. It will ask for your order number then activate your access.
