Help! Problems with AMG/PerfectMeta access in R13.1

Hello

I recently purchased and downloaded R13.1. This was an upgrade from R12.4. Everything, including AMG access was working fine in R12.

I upgraded it under Administrator account in Vista Ultimate, and everything is also fine.

However, when I log in as another user (my "normal" login name - let's call it X) AMG access is shown as <30 days left, instead of >300 days.

This login name (X) also has Administrator access on the local machine.

I have tried everything - including reinstalling R13.1 under the "X" account name, turning UAC on and off.

I have even tried downloading and running ActivateAMG.exe, but it says my order number is invalid (even though this is the same order number I use to successfully initiate registration retrieval - and I am making sure I'm typing exactly the same number).

I am now thinking of deinstalling and reinstalling everything, and running the reset utility, but I don't want to lose my settings.

Is there any way I can have AMG Access under both Administrator and my normal login name? I hate to have to log off and login as Administrator just to run dbPoweramp!!!

Are you using the order number of the R12 purchase to activate AMG? upgrades do not include new AMG licenses?

Took me a while, but I finally found the order number for my AMG renewal, entered that into AMGActivate, and everything now works.
