uninstall/reinstall dBpoweramp completely

Not sure this is the right forum but -
I have older versions (11, 12) installed plus the latest 13.1 Ref
on 2 separate partitions.

Would like to uninstall all of them and just re-install the 13.1 Ref.
In the FAQ's how to do this is not very clear;
FAQ subject = Totally Clearing dBpoweramp from the System?

Is the uninstall using the windows>control panel>Add/remove?
Will this get rid of the dll file (instead of having to go into
safe mode to remove it?

I have 17 items listed in Add\Remove program listed:
dap skin studio, dbAmp, dbWriter, codex/decoders, DSP, Helix
and more. Does each one have to be uninstalled seperately or
is there a control that removes all?

You would have to uninstall each item individually, unfortunately. Then you can run this to clear out everything dBpoweramp-related from the system, including preferences: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=13285
