Retaining the Directory when Converting

I have a large drive with all of my FLAC files organized in Artist folders and then the Album.

I want to convert these FLAC files to Apple Lossless but when doing this it puts all the converted files in the same directory.

Is there a setting that I can use, maybe from command line, where I can have the converter replicate the same directory structure I already have?

Also in the Converter UI the "Dynamic" check box is not selectable.. am I missing an add-on package?

You need dBpoweramp Reference to access dynamic naming.

Then use [origpath]\[origfilename] as the naming.
