Can't update R13 ref to R13.1 ref

Today I tried to update my registered version of Music Converter R13 ref to R13.1 and I got this message for an offer to upgrade from R12.4 to R13.
But I already purchased this upgrade back in May this year.
When I have to fill in my ordernumber in the ordernumber retrieval field I can only provide the number I initially got when I purchased my version of R12 ref. When upgrading to R13 ref I didn't get a new ordernumber. So with this number my registered version R13 ref is recognised as R12 and I am forced to purchase an upgrade again before I am able to update to R13.1
What can I do about this?

Yes you would have done, follow the registration retrieval link, and click the lost order number link, enter your email to find all order numbers.

That did the trick. Entering the correct email address gave me the right ordernumber.
