dMCScripting 1.0 Type Library

from where to get 'dMCScripting 1.0 Type Library' for .net. DO i need to any other thing for this..pls suggest?

will it work for smart device appln. in C#

It comes with dBpoweramp Music Converter, not for smart device though.
