I have an iTunes database with 700+ albums recorded in alac through iTunes with iTunes error correction "on". I have found 2 albums, so far, with audible errors, so I want to convert to FLAC. I figured that I would have to re-rip everything, but I though it was worth a question. Can dMC convert the files and check for errors against the online databases? Or is error checking only available with ripping? Or is there a way to convert the files so the errors would be obvious, i.e. no tags or something. Then, I would just need to re-rip the bad discs. All help is appreciated!
