MP3 Helix Codec link leads to Real audio helix

I'm confused I downloaded the file from the mp3 Helix link on this page under other codecs MP3 Helix: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm and it leads to the real audio Helix download. Is there something that I need to do to make it work for mp3's?
