help!!!!

hi every one i am new to all this codec stuff and have been lookin intoo processin mp3 files into atrac for my sony atrac player proir to import into sonic stage ( which is the program for the fore mentioned device). to hope fully speed up the bloody log winded process of puttin music on to the player. but i cant seem to find any codec for ATRAC!!!!!
it could be me just bein plain dumb

please help

dMC cannot encode to ATRAC, as this is Sony's proprietary format.
