Help : Failure of Conversion of .flac to .mp3

I tried using the dBpoweramp music converter.
It gives me this error.

FLAC__STREAM_DECODER_SEARCH_FOR_FRAME_SYNC

I can play it on winamp, but i can't get it converted.

Help appreciated. Thanks.

Winamp does not use the official flac libraries (flake), if I remember correctly, dBpoweramp uses the official flac libraries which in this instance cannot read that file.
