Arrange Audio Plugin question

I am looking to use the Arrange Audio plugin to redo my directory structure, however I am running into a problem. Along with my flacs, I often have a .jpg of the cover and a .cue for the album. I tested out the plugin for a few artists and it works great, but it looks like it always leaves the artwork and .cue file behind. Is there anyway to have it move everything in the directory to the new directory? Or is this something that might be included in future releases?

If using the ID Tag processing DSP you can import then export the album art, cannot help with the cue sheets.
