Error converting wav to wav (24bits to 16 bits)

Hello, so trying to convert a .wav file to mp3 gives me the next error:

" The CODEC required to compress 'C:\Users\Pack\Desktop\Grupos\DAMABLANCA\temas almeria\2-alma.mp3' could not be opened. "

No error converting wav (16 bits) to mp3. The problem happens when I try to convert 24bits wav files. I have the dbPowerAMP with a lots of codecs, do I need anyone else to convert 24bits wav files??

Using R13?

I have tried with a 24bit wave file to mp3 (Lame) and it worked fine.

If you think it is 24 bit then add a DSP effect 'bit depth' to convert it to 16 bit.
