installation problems

hi guys

everytime i try to install the music converter software i get a msg saying "unable to run musicconverter.exe" at the end of it and nothing seems to have been installed

im running xp pro and have media player 9 installed

any clues?

Sounds like you haven't installed the Music Converter, just a Codec. Or if you have make sure it is all installed to the same place.

and i re-installed twice to make sure
same error

Very odd, try downloading the new Release 10 Beta 2 or 3 from the beta section of this forum.
