about trimming

hello
when i add trim silence ,what value i should put to competly trimming the beginning and end of the songs.often times i have about 1 to 3 seconds of silence (analog hiss and digital silence).
i have db power amp r13.1 beta ,reference registred.

The default value should be tried first, it was designed to remove practically in-audible silences.
