.voc Files

I got this program because I want to convert .voc files in something I can hear... but this program even didn't recognize the files when I wanted to convert them! Could someone please help me?

Install dMC r11.5 and the voc codec from Legacy Codec Central. A download for r11.5 is here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/legacy-compatibility.htm
