Bug, Convert to ABR results in a VBR?

When i convert a MP3 into ABR, it results in a VBR ?

I'm using Dbpoweramp R13.

Any Suggestions?

Update: Just saw the FAQ, it gonna be fixed in R13.1, sorry for the trouble.

It is fixed in the r13.1 beta if you want to go ahead and install that.
