Filenames with more than 100+ characters

    Hi,

When ripping a certain cd, I had the following problem.
Tracks with large names result in filename that ends with the album name. It not in other files (and is not turned on).

The tracknames are cut off and the end is replaced with the album name. All these tracks are 152 (148+ .wma) characters long. The id names are still correct (so were the names it got from freedb).

    Greetings,
    Cosmo q

The album is "as heard on radio soulwax pt.2" by 2 many dj's
It's a (great) album with (re)mixes of different tracks.

      Following tracks have problems: 04, 10, 21

      As example

      Track 04
Polyester - J'aime Regarder Les Mecs ~ Sly And The Family Stone - Dance To The Music ~ Ready For The World - Oh Sheila (A Capella)

      gives the following file

04 - 2 Many DJs - Polyester - J'aime Regarder Les Mecs ~ Sly And The Family Stone - Dance To The Music ~ Ready For TheAs Heard on Radio Soulwax Pt 2.wma

(with the [track number xx] - [artist] - [track] format)

      Hope this helps...
If there's anything else you need.

Also, I don't think it has anything to do woth it, but the album has a hidden track that starts at - 4:00 (or somthing like that)

I have made a fix (check out the next beta of dMC in a short while), there was an overflow (but you will not like it) the track length can only be a maximum of 100 which is now done by dMC, it has to be like this to tie in with Music Collections in dBpowerAMP Audio Player.

The fix will make it at least more logical.
I don't think there are lot of CD's with that long track names, so no problem.

Thanks for solving this mistery :supersmil
