Popup info on Windows Server 2003?

Does anyone know if this is intended to work on Windows Server 2003? I installed dmc just for the popup information in Windows Explorer and I get nothing on mouseovers. It even kills the default file information that is usually shown.

If you hold over a .txt file, it should popup, if not then something else is stopping it (we do not touch .txt files in anyway).

Yep, that's still there. That helped me figure it out - I tried it on some other file types and saw that it works on Mp3's. I thought Flac was supported out of the box, but I just needed the codec add on.
