We rely on system ACM codecs to do the decoding (windows built in), where R11.5 could decode these files, in Windows 2000 / XP we noticed that Vista cannot decode these files, even with R11.5

Is there a fix for this? Or better yet since me (or my client rather) paid for version 13 I can get version 11.5 which does work? We need this to convert conference calls record by the phone system to mp3.

We can supply Registered R11.5 with a valid order number for R12 or R13.
