The AAC decoder seems to truncate samples to 16 bits without dithering

Hi! It seems that the AAC decoder for dBPowerAmp truncates the samples to 16 bits even though 24 or 32 bits are selected as output format. Has anyone else experienced this? I used a 24 bit AAC encoder with a -60 dBFS sine wave to see this. Is there anything I can do to increase the bit depth of the AAC decoder? It seems as if there is no dithering done either. Thanks in advance!

For m4a there is the option of decoding bit depth (dBpoweramp Configuraiton >> Codecs >> Advanced) there is no option for AAC, but you could lossly put the aac in the m4a container (see codec central >> m4a) then decode.
