I've downloaded, but how do I install? Downloaded file is on desktop as efw file, but I don't know what that is or how to proceed installing program....:cry:

Do you have CA Security Center installed?

http://filext.com/file-extension/efw

It looks like security software on your computer renamed the *.exe file to *.efw. Try changing the efw extension to exe.
