    Folders

    Like others... I have one music folder with many other folders inside for my music....

    like so

    MUSIC -> MUSIC TYPE-> ARTISTS -> CD 1 or 2 etc

    I also have mixed folders....

    what I want to know HOW do you get dBpoweramp to copy the folders exactly?

    right now im having to create all the folders before hand and can only batch encode one folder at a time....????

    for e.g.
    Inside of my MUSIC folder (all of which im encoding) I have a folder which has 4 folders (1 for each CD) inside of that... can I just click on MUSIC (or any folder) and choose destination but then it copys the structure EXACT but in new location????

    thanks

    Re: Folders

    If you have Reference, yes. Just put [origpath]\[origfilename] in the dynamic naming field and specify the beginning of the naming string (drive and folder where the new files are to be placed with the original hierarchy).

      Edited LT's message '[origpath]/[origfilename]' to '[origpath]\[origfilename]'
