wma codec help.......

hi there....
i downloaded the smaller wma coded (280kb) but i can't transform a wma file to another.....when the convert page opens, the wma files are not mentioned in the list.....
however if i have another audio file i can transform it to a wma....
so the questions is:
do i have to download the bigger wma coded (3mb) to transform wma files to mp3 or rm or wav??

You need the big one as well, make sure you install the smaller one to the same place as dMC.
