"Convert TO" missing in Vista 64 bit version.

Does anyone have a fix for the "convert to" not showing in Vista 64 bit version. I have reinstalled several times and ran the config about a dozen times, checking all boxes.....still, it doesn't work....Everything else seems to be working just fine.

I'll state up front that I'm new to Vista and dBpoweramp v12.4, but have run dBpoweramp for years on WinXP with the "Convert to" on the right click menu. It has never appeared in Vista even after going through the config menu many times. What may I be doing wrong? :(
