Hello,

I just bought Dbpoweramp Reference R13. I paid by PayPal. I did receive a conformation mail from PayPal that Illustrate received the money. Now the problem: I lost my password and can't access "the my" account page. I did ask for a mail with my password, but I don't receive any mail... Also I don't receive a mail with a link to download the program. Please help.
