Explanation of "Wav ID Tagging" advanced options?
I mainly use dbpoweramp to convert from wav to flac and back again. I buy my wav files from online music stores, and they don't contain any tags, so I don't even know if these options will affect me yet.
Still, I'm looking for an explanation of the differences in the following options:
Tag Creation
LIST Chunk Position
LIST Album Tag (IPRD vs. ISRC)
LIST Track Tag (itrk vs. TRCK)
LIST Padding Type (JUNK vs. PAD chunk)
LIST Padding Size
If I do end up finding some FLACs that have tags, and want to convert them to wav, I would like to know the pros and cons of these options. Anyone who has a source for info about this, please let me know.
