AMG not renewed

I tried out the trial version of dBpoweramp reference.
The trail expired and shortly after that I bought the full product.

I tried to install it and it said there was a previous version installed, (trial version), and that would have to be removed first.
I let it do that and it wanted to re-boot.

After the re-boot, the trail version was gone but nothing else was happening.

I installed the fully registered version, which is working fine, but it says my AMG subscription has expired.
How to do get my years worth of AMG, (bought with the product), to work?

I have tried last night, and again this morning, to renew/purchase an AMG license via website from the activation program. I can get my info entered and log in, but both times get to the url ending in /purchase and get from IE7: Cannot display the web page. I have not had a chance to enter payment info or anything. I am not in a rush, but wanted to let you know.

I logged into my account and can see my purchase and the option to download it.
The rest of the page is blank, no mention of AMG or anything else, so still have not been able te renew my AMG subscription.

Not to be a redundant moron about this...
Purchased 12 registered, uninstalled previous, installed new 2x, both times no AMG. Now I have done the dBpoweramp Registration Retrieval. Now what? Reinstall all? Uninstall all then re-install?

Is it really supposed to be this hard?

You used the AMG activator to reactive your AMG? AMG is a separate download from the normal dMC registered installer.

Maybe I didn't read the fine print.
I thought it said that when you bought 12.4 Reference, you got AMG access for a year. Are we talking about the same thing?:komisch12

You bought the upgrade or reference out right? the upgrade does not come with AMG.
