did not get verification e-mail? why?...

I bought the music converter aml for $30, entered all the right info, used paypal, and did not get the verification/confirmation e-mail... after the page telling me i spend $28 it brought me back to illustrated and asked me for a password and i exited out by accident. did that have anything to do with it?
