I have dbpower amp installed on 5 workstations. They have developed a slow (1-3 min.) time to open dbpower amp convert after selecting the file. I upgraded from 12.3 to 12.4 and have the same issue. Any idea on what has happened?

Where are the files you are trying to convert located, i.e. internal HDD, external HDD, network drive, CD, etc.Lt. Data

I have tried them from the cpu harddrive, and from the network storage drive. I usualy convert files from my network drive. I have a gigbit network.I have been using the the software for years and converted hundreds of files. This is the first time I have had trouble.Comment

If you are encoding to the network drive, try using the beta "Encode Local" codec to see if it helps when encoding to the network drive: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=14731
Also, do you have the pause when converting files on the local drive?Lt. Data
