Registration not recognized - paid 2 mo ago

Having problems with registration. I paid by paypal for dB back in Jan (checked on their site, i am recognized).

Here it is March, and I am finally trying to use DbConverter...says it is not registered. So I registered today through the illustrated site (with order # on this site). Still, when I try to convert, the dialog box says "unregistered".

Again, a payment went through on Paypal in Jan (have invoice/recpt. in paypal list) but no followup email is there. The payee is SWreg though.

My license counter is definitely less that my license of 365 days, but i can't use it.

Can someone plainly state the process & why the software is not recognized as registered? Help is appreciated, thank you.

There are 2 different licences, AMG (meta data upto 265 days) and dBpoweramp which is a permanent registation, what does dbpoweramp configuration say?

You never got an e-mail with the download links in it? Try the registration retrieval to get your dMC install here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/
