How to stop GetPopupInfo.exe?

I use Sunbelt personal firewall which allows control of the behaviour of programs automatically launched on a pc

The trouble is every program that opens a file open dialogue panel causes GetPopupInfo.exe to be launched and there is no way to set a general rule to always allow this program to run.

Consequently I tried disabling it by unchecking 'Enable Pop-up Information Tips' in Music Converter Options but still I get alert panels from the firewall.

Any ideas?

You could delete the program, if you remove the popup info option it should not be running it (unless you have explorer columns switched on).

I had explorer columns switched on, now I don't I don't get anymore popups.
