Improper installation of the DB POWER AMP Converter program - what to do?

I bought and registered DBPOWERAMP CONVERTER and cant function it properly.

When I try to cinvert an audio file into MP3 I get the message:

The CODEC required to compress 'E:\Muzic\AAA From audio\ Pret a porter 2\Track17.mp3.TEMP.mp3' could not be opened.

What should I do?

What is drive E:? An internal HDD? flash drive?
Where are you converting from?
