'Tag From Filename' Codec not working in 12.4?

I've been using the registered powerpack version of Music Converter for years. I just upgraded my harddrive and decided to give the registered powerpack 12.4 version a roll. I installed the 'Tag from Filename' codec (with no error message says it was not supported in v12). When I right click on a filename, I do not see a 'tage from filename' choice in the 'Convert to' submenu.

I triel the uodate ID tag codec, but it is not as good/easy as the 'tage from filename' codec and I cannot produce the result I'm looking for.

So is the 'tag from Filemane' Codec supported in 12.4?
