error coverting higher bitrate mp3 to lower

I tried to convert 320k mp3 to 128k. But this is the error. Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'C:\Downloads\麥浚龍 - Words Of Silence (CD+DVD)[320kbps] By eggio18@魚蛋湯論壇\Juno麥浚龍 - 也.mp3' to 'JunoJuno.mp3\'
Error unable to open File 'JunoJuno.mp3\' for writing. [clEncoder::BeginConversion]


By the way, i'm using DBPoweramp music converter 12.4 on Win Vista

If you copy your file to the root C:\ drive, does it convert then?
