CoreConverter Error. Can't find same issue in forums.

I'm getting a CoreConverter Error anytime I try to use the DSP "Resample" action.

I've tried it on rip and on convert, and I can't get it to work either way.

This is the error from my events log, let me know if you need other specific info.

    Faulting application coreconverter.exe, version 12.3.0.1, faulting module mp3 (lame).dll, version 12.3.0.1, fault address 0x000046ba.

What settings are you trying to resample from/to?

Try dMC r12.4 and see if that helps. Also, install the latest version of the DSP effects from here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dbpoweramp-dsp.htm

I'm running both of those versions, 12.4 and the new DSP.

I'm trying to convert some files so I can use them in an online streaming jukebox, and they need to be sampled at 44100 to work. They're various values right now, just trying to convert them to 44100.

Just tried again and got this:

        AppName: coreconverter.exe AppVer: 12.3.0.1 ModName: mp3 (lame).dll
        ModVer: 12.3.0.1 Offset: 0000472e
Okay, I've seen that the program didn't update, so I'll run the 12.4 update right now. I feel like a moron. I'll report back once I've tried it after I get 12.4 installed.

What formats are you converting from and to? Version of Windows? Are these files going to and from an internal drive, external drive, network drive?

What formats are you converting from and to?

Have you made sure the you have set the frequency for your output file to 44.1 kHz also, assuming you are offered the option (in MP3 (LAME) this is accessible through the Advanced button)?

Have you tried enabling Professional Frequency Conversion in your dMC Configuration?
