Error Converting ID3V2 Tag Created by Audacity

When I try to edit an ID3V2 tag on MP3 file that was created by a program called Audacity I get a error and the program shuts down. I Get a message the say's "Music Converter.Exe has had an error and needs to shut down. Sorry for the Inconvience. etc. etc."
I'm not sure if the other program did something wrong when it created the tag but I wouldn't think it should blow the converter program. It is reproducable. May not have all conditions Covered. Running windowsXP. Plenty memory and disk space. ID3V1 tags work from the program

Would the beta level 10 solve this problem for me?

Beta 10 will not help. It crashes on mine. I am looking into it.
