Can I extract audio from a .MOV file?

Yeah I know, it's wierd. I have two .MOV audio files that are a complete pain because I can play them only in the QuickTime player. There's no video, just audio.

Is there any way dMC can help with this? I'd be happy with almost *anything* other than those .MOV files...
