Love this program, but I have downloaded the WMA Codec twice, installed it three times, and re-installed dBpowerAMP music converter three times. I still cannot convert to/from WMA format. Please help!!!

Have you installed the WMA system codecs from here?
It is also required if you don't have Media Player 9 installed.Cheers,
