Converting a .DVF format audio file

Hello dearest loggers and bloggers,

I have a [COLOR="Blue"]SONY digital voice recorder [/COLOR]and the files it produces are in a format ending as .dvf Well, I want to convert this into an mp3 file using dbPoweramp but this is not possible because this programme doesn´t recognize that SONYformat.

What can I do ??

A tip i found re: this format:

Compressed audio file format used by Sony's IC digital audio recorders, such as the ICD-BP100 and ICD-BP150; proprietary audio format that is only recognized by Sony software; can be converted to the more standard .WAV format using the Sony Digital Voice Editor.

Assuming you can do this you could then use dBpowerAMP Music Converter to convert the wave file to .mp3.

Bear in mind: The wav file that outputs should be a standard WAV file, i.e. you can play the wav file in an audio player besides Sony, like Windows Media Player. If that is possible, then your wav file should be able to be converted via dBpowerAMP to an MP3.

Out of curiosity, does Sony Digital Voice Editor (SDVE) allow you to convert multiple files at once?
