codec icons not showing?

Using the new dmc r12.4 (installed to different folder than standard 11.5) I notice the different codec icons don't differentiate anymore, all display the same dmc icon.

I installed r12.4 flac codec only but does not show in dmc config file associations either. This to be expected?

Icons where? in Windows Explorer or in a compression drop list (say in Music Converter?)

yes in windows explorer. I have the same icons for each codec. They show in cd ripper ok though

That is more to do with your audio player, if you used dBpoweramp Audio Player in the past?

I'd just reformatted and first install of dMC-r11-Registered and latest SvetaPortableAudio- Registered-r5-FL, with r12.4 to different folder.

Those icons would have come from dBpoweramp Audio Player.
